The Ravens hold a technical tiebreaker at he moment because they do not yet have a loss in the division (1-0 vs Bengals’ and Browns’ 1-1 record), but with 12 games left, it’s basically a tie atop the AFC North after the first-quarter of the season.

You can’t complain about that, and with the Houston Texans also choking losing a heartbreaker to the Seattle Seahawks, it helps the Bengals in the Wild Card spots too, as whoever loses out on the race for the AFC South (Indianapolis Colts currently lead by 1 game) between the Colts and Texans will likely be challenging for one of the two Wild Card spots.
