Desperate Steelers acquire Cardinals tackle Levi Brown

Despite an 0-4 start to the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers aren’t ready to throw in the towel just yet. Through four weeks, the most glaring weakness with them is the play of the offensive line.

They’ve routinely been among the worst units in the NFL, but this year, it’s been the primary culprit in preventing the Steelers from getting a win.

Now, the Steelers  are attempting to trade for Arizona Cardinals OT Levi Brown:

 

 

The Cardinals are coached by former Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians, so there is plenty of familiarity there between the Steelers and Cardinals’ offenses, which should help Brown eventually win a starting job in Pittsburgh, presumably over the enigmatic Mike Adams.

But based on Brown’s play, he won’t be worth the salary he’s scheduled to make:
