The Pittsburgh Steelers are 0-4 after Sunday’s 34-27 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, but during the game, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger briefly, exited the game in the fourth quarter with a thumb injury on his right throwing hand, and was eventually able to return as the Steelers ultimately lost and fell to 0-4 entering the bye-week.
With the New York Jets on the horizon, there’s still a glimmer of hope if they can win that game, but that’s only if Big Ben is healthy, and according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, his finger injury turned out to be a dislocation:
Ben has sublexation of R forefinger. Says no big deal and wont affect him when Steelers resume play at Jets in two weeks
