The Buffalo Bills are banged-up throughout their offense, and with starting quarterback E.J. Manuel set to miss the upcoming game against the Bengals, having a full-healthy C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson will be key to getting a big home-win on Sunday. Those two have already carried much of the offensive load this year to ease the transition for the rookie Manuel, and with Thad Lewis getting called-up from the practice squad to starting against a Bengals defense that has devoured Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger and Tom Brady, who have a combined six Super Bowl rings between them.

Spiller is dealing with an ankle injury that has limited his performance over the past few weeks:
