Dolphins WR Brandon Gibson likely to miss rest of season

After a convincing win on Sunday over the New York Jets, the Cincinnati Bengals will have a quick turnaround when they travel to Miami to play the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football, and they may be without one of their most top receivers after Brandon Gibson suffered what appears to be a season-ending knee injury:

“I just go off what the doctors tell me,” Gibson said after the game. “If they say it doesn’t look too good, it doesn’t look too good.”

Gibson has caught 30 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns this year. Rishard Matthews figures to get more playing time in his place.
