49-9. Let that one sink in. 49-9. The Bengals had their most points in a game since week 12 of the 2004 seaon. That team had Carson Palmer, Chad Johnson, T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Rudi Johnson, etc.

Yeah, it’s been a while, or so it seems. It wasn’t only the offense scoring either. The Bengals scored on 2 pick sixes by Adam Jones and Chris Crocker (the guy we release and re-sign seemingly every year when we should just give him a multi-year deal). They had a good day, as usual, but guess who else played at just as high of a level?

That’s right, the offense, one of which has improved by the week, went off, especially Andy Dalton and Marvin Jones. Andy went 19/30 for 325 yards and 5 TD……..yup. 5, a career high. Then, we have a #2 receiver in Marvin Jones, who had his first career 100 yard game and 4(!) TD receptions.

By the way, this was the 4th ranked defense in the league they were going against.
