Cincinnati Bengals confidence in Andy Dalton growing

After the first month of this season, many were wondering if Andy Dalton was the quarterback of the future in Cincinnati. His “average” level of play was clearly holding back a Bengals team loaded with enough talent and depth to make a run at the Super Bowl, but in today’s offensive-focused NFL, specially the pass offense, having a “great” or even “elite” QB is essential to winning it all.

The past few weeks have not only silenced the Dalton doubters, but also has the Bengals feeling very confident about Dalton and his future in Cincinnati:



It also helps that he was just named AFC Offensive Player of the Month.
