Anthony Collins will get the start tonight in place of Whitworth, who told the NFL Network’s Alex Flannagan he expects to be back in their next game against the Baltimore Ravens. It makes since to rest Whit and have him as healthy as possible for that AFC North showdown game.

Head Coach Marvin Lewis also just told the NFL Network that he expects middle linebacker Rey Maualuga back “in a week or so,” which would be a lot sooner than the reported “3-4 week time frame” reported earlier this week.

Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin is out, which means backup Tyson Clabo is expected to return to the starting lineup. Clabo was benched after allowing eight sacks in the first six games, which prompted an in-season trade for Baltimore Ravens tackle Bryant McKinnie.
