Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones has been ta tough guy to keep out of the news this year. From his run-ins with the law, to being one of the best defenders on a team vying for a Super Bowl, Jones is once again making headlines with his latest decision to re-join the professional wrestling industry. Jones previously had a brief stint as a professional wrestler with TNA during his full-season suspension in 2007, and is a former TNA tag team champion.
On Thursday night, Adam made his long-awaited return to the wrestling circuit. Jones was joined by defensive end DeQuin Evans, who currently resides on the practice squad, and the two made an appearance on TNA Wrestling:
In case you forgot, Evans was released from the team last week after he served an 8-game suspension for violating the NFL’s Performance Enhancing Substance Policy, and is now back with the team on the practice squad.
