The Cincinnati Bengals figured to make a roster move this week with their much-needed bye week finally here, and it looks like they’re addressing the issue at defensive tackle. They’ve signed Christo Bilukidi and released Kheeston Randall:

The Raiders waived Bilukidi in early October in order to claim off waivers linebacker Martez Wilson from the New Orleans Saints. Bilukidi, 23, appeared in five of Oakland’s six regular-season games this year. He recorded five tackles during spot duty as a backup. He played in 13 games as a rookie, when he notched eight tackles.
The Bengals signed him a few weeks ago, but were notified by the NFL that Bilukidi, who is from Canada, did not have the proper documentation to work in the United States at this time. The work permit Bilukidi had with the Raiders, for whom he played earlier this season, would not currently transfer.
Therefore, the contract Bilukidi signed with Cincinnati was voided, but it appears he’ gotten past that issue
So, in short it sounds like Mr. Bilukidi has his proper work documentation
