The Baltimore Ravens took care of business today against the New York Jets in a game that had a significant impact on the AFC playoff standings. The Jets entered today with control of the sixth spot in the AFC standings, meaning they would be the No. 6 seed and final Wild Card playoff team if the playoffs began today.

But the Ravens defense dominated today in a 19-3 victory and are now tied with the Jets for the No. 6 spot, along with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins, who all have equal 5-6 records, but the Tennessee Titans ultimately hold the lead for the sixth spot by virtue of their record against the other 5-6 teams, as well as their Week 1 win at Pittsburgh.
