The NFL has a weekly release every week that points out some of the most notable statistics and milestones that took place in NFL contests that week. Here are some of notable milestones from this past week’s action:

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson rushed for 146 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings’ 26-26 tie with the Green Bay Packers. Playing in his 100th career game, Peterson has 9,846 rushing yards, the third-most in NFL  history for a player’s first 100 games. He passed Barry Sanders(9,766) and only trails Eric Dickerson (10,818) and Jim Brown (10,403). Peterson’s 86 rushing touchdowns are also the fifth-most through a player’s first 100 games in a career.
