The Auburn Tigers are quite the team for theatrics. After winning on a hail mary pass against the Georgia Bulldogs two weeks ago, they needed a late touchdown pass from quarterback Nick Marshall just to tie the game against the Alabama Crimson Tide at 28-all. Auburn has tied the game with 32 seconds left after a Marshall 39-yard touchdown pass to Sammie Coates, a play in which he faked the option and flipped it to Coates at the last second who ran it the rest of the way for the score.
After the Tide got the ball back and tried to drive down the field for a game-winning field goal, but freshman Adam Griffith’s 57-yard attempt came-up short, Chris Davis caught he ball and raced 106 yards for a touchdown on the final play to lift No. 4 Auburn to a 34-28 victory over No. 1 Alabama and win the SEC West:
