When playing fantasy football trying to remain un-biases toward Bengals players can be tough as a fan of the team. I’ll admit I passed on AJ Green in one draft this year because I knew the comments that would be headed my way by the others that know my affiliation, but Calvin Johnson was also hard to pass up. In some cases that bias opinion towards our guys can pay off and this weekend against the Chargers might be a good week to start some of the Bengals skill players. The Chargers are going to try and put up some big points, hopefully this doesn’t happen and we get a nice 17-10 win. However the Chargers defense is ranked 29th in the league and have been swiss cheese at times. So there could be loads of production in this game. Here are the Bengals to get into the starting lineup after a week to rest and prepare for a bad Chargers D.
QB – Andy Dalton
My guess is that over the bye the offensive brain trust tried to find way to run the ball effectively and that is what they are going to try and do. But if they do start slinging it around it will be against a defense that is the worst in the league against the pass and is allowing opposing passers an average 102.7 rating. They also have only picked of 6 passes this year. Start Dalton as a low end QB1 in 12 league formats.
