The NFL: continues to review the sideline incident by Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin that prevented Baltimore Ravens kick-returner from scoring on a long-return when the two faced-off on Thursday night. ESPN is reporting the league is expected to impose six-figure fines on Tomlin and the Steelers, and may even strip them of a draft pick fin the 2014 NFL Draft.

Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post Gazzette actually think Tomlin did it on purpose:

If he did, it was shameful. Coaches are held to a higher standard, particularly head coaches, particularly those in their seventh season as a head coach.

Tomlin deserves whatever he gets, if he did it on purpose. From the clips I saw, again it appeared he did do it on purpose.

As Jones approaches him along the sideline, Tomlin takes a quick right sideway step ever-so-slightly onto the playing field, then quickly pulls back. He looks like an athlete trying to fake a move.

It prompts Jones to alter his route and perhaps allows Cortez Allen that one final angle to tackle him.
