Sunday’s gameball will obviously be given to Andy Dalton for his 42-28 performance in Cincinnati. I continue to support Andy Dalton and today was a great example why. Andy threw for 275 yards and 3 touchdowns with his favorite target being Aj Green with 8 balls thrown his way. Dalton played smart today taking care of the ball and distributing the ball evenly targeting 9 different receivers throughout the game.

There were a few times during the game where Dalton was forced outside of the pocket and threw the ball away. During the ‘bad streak’ the past few weeks, that was Dalton’s rough spot. I noticed he would scramble and try to force passes into coverage that would result in interceptions. With the help of the offensive line playing great football, Andy was very comfortable in the pocket and completing deeper passes down field especially to Marvin Jones.
