The Bengals are riding high right now and they should be after ripping off three straight wins. After the loss to Baltimore some players and coaches had to look within to turn things in the right direction, for that most part that has happened.

At the moment there are not many negatives to identify, but there is always room for improvement. The kindling is hot and the coals are lite this team needs to start a fire that will burn deep into the playoffs.

These three players need to step up and get hot after disappointing performances against the Colts.

Oh no here we go again, relying on the aging Croker to be a full time safety.  With all due respect to the veteran, his presence is needed, but he is not a full time starter.  If there is one thing that has to be addressed this offseason it is another safety, cough, cough Jairus Byrd anyone?  George Iloka really has played well and hopefully makes it back this week.
