Here’s the release from Bengals Public Relations:

The Bengals today made the following roster moves:

* Signed CB Chris Lewis-Harris from the Bengals practice squad. Lewis-Harris (5-10, 180; Tennessee-Chattanooga) is a first-year NFL player. He was previously on the roster for Games 4-10 this season, seeing action in three contests and logging three special teams tackles. He was on the practice squad for Games 1-2 and 12-13.

* Waived second-year S Tony Dye, who was on the practice squad for Games 4-10 and on the roster for the last three games. Dye had a special teams tackle and a return of a blocked punt for a TD.
