Cobi Hamilton was drafted in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, and TJ Johnson was drafted in the seventh round. Onterio McCalebb and Bruce Taylor was signed as priority free agents and McCalebb made it onto the practice squad.

Taylor, Wedige and David King all spent time on other tema’s rosters and/or practice squads this year before the Bengals signed them.

Of all the players signed today, the likeliest player to ascend to the 53-man roster next year has to be Hamilton. With Andrew Hawkins, Dan Sanzenbacher and Brandon Tate set to become free agents this offseason, that’s three WR spots that could be open next year, and Hamilton showed enough promise during training camp and the preseason last year that he has a great shot to be on the opening-day roster in 2014.
