Jay Gruden

Like the Chargers stated after the game it looked like they knew what was coming and once again the offense stumbled in the playoffs for the third year in a row.  While the turnovers were on quarterback Andy Dalton the play calls were on Gruden.

For some reason he couldn’t find ways to get the ball to the best player on the field or stay with a run game that was working.  In my opinion a clean break needs to happen and Gruden getting a head coaching job might be the best thing for Andy Dalton and the offense.
