South Team Winners

Jan 25, 2014; Mobile, AL, USA; South squad defensive end Dee Ford of Auburn (30) sacks North squad quarterback Logan Thomas of Virginia Tech (3) during the first half of a game at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

Dee Ford DE/OLB

As everyone knows by now Dee was the MVP of the games and deservedly so. With two sacks and a pass deflection he was clearly the best defender on the field the entire game.

The only question mark is he played D-End the whole time and most think he’s too small to play End in the league. He also missed an open field tackle late in the game that could be a question mark or he could have been tired. Grade A+

Keith McGill CB, Keith played well the whole game and lived up to all the talk about the long corners going into tho game. Corner was the strength in this game and it showed in the lack of receiver production. He stayed with his man all game and was rewarded late in the fourth with a pick for his stellar coverage.

Grade A-
