NFL.com’s Dan Hanzus has reported that the Bengals and Jason Campbell reached a one-year deal on Wednesday. No details were available about the deal but Adam Schefter took to twitter announcing the deal:

Jason Campbell spent last year with the Cleveland Browns, playing in 8 games, 11 touchdowns, 2,015 yards, and 8 interceptions. They went 1-7 under Campbell, and he was released earlier this offseason by the Browns along with Brandon Weeden.
This signing will also rejoin Campbell with Offensive Coordinator Hue Jackson. They were together in Oakland during the 2010 and 2011 seasons. Campbell went 11-7 under Jackson with the Raiders. Campbell will most likely take over the #2 spot behind Andy Dalton on the depth chart at Quarterback.
