As if the final Cowboys drive wasn’t painful enough to watch, WLB Vontaze Burfict injured his shoulder making a tackle on DeMarco Murray on a third-and-5 at the CIN-30. He was down for several minutes before leaving the game with looked like a significant injury, but he was able to practice in a limited capacity today.

RB Cedric Peerman will likely be out Thursday after not practicing at all last week due to his ankle injury. The Bengals should rest him and allow him to take advantage of the nine days between Thursday’s game in Philadelphia and their next game in Pittsburgh.

CB Jason Allen is active for the first time since Week 3 at Washington when he saw just four snaps.

WR Marvin Jones starts again at receiver alongside A.J. Green, while Trevor Robinson gets the nod at center, despite Kyle Cook being active.

Chris Crocker will continue to start at safety for Nate Clements.

Newly signed kicker Josh Brown will kick today, wearing  #3, in place of Nugent, who was out on field doing drills during warm-ups, a good sign he’ll be ready for Thursday’s game against the Eagles.

The Bengals are going with orange jerseys and white pants today, a combination that has produced a 10-4 record since 2004.
