Rodgers-Cromartie was traded to the Eagles as part of the Kevin Kolb deal in 2011 after he made the Pro Bowl in 2009 as a member of the Cardinals. His time in Philly was less-than-stellar, and he’ll get a one-year deal to show he can still play like ’11 the Pro Bowler.

-

As of now, LaRon Landry is arguably the best free agent safety on the market, but that may not be for much longer:

LaRon Landry very likely to sign with the Colts tonight.
Landry played last season with the New York Jets in all 16 games while making 99 stops, forcing four fumbles and intercepting two passes.
<del>Cribbs, who will turn 30 in June, was named to his third Pro Bowl last season as a kick returner. His eight career kickoff returns for touchdowns are tied for an NFL record, and he’s added three more punt returns for a touchdown.
