Tyler Long

This game has me losing sleep, I’m extremely nervous that Arian Foster is going to get rolling against us, or that Owen Daniels destroys us at the tight end position. I’m not as worried of Andre Johnson, he’s great no doubt but our corners know how to play him. Our key to success is to stop Arian Foster, round him up and do not let him bounce to find a hole, form tackle, and be aggressive. Icing on top would be getting in Matt Schaub’s grill all day. He’s not mobile and TJ Yates is, and that killed us.

On offense, we really need to get BJGE going, he hasn’t had a big run in a few weeks. He sets the tone, when he does well it just seems like Andy Dalton does well. Andy needs to be efficient, complete his passes, scramble if it’s there. And AJ needs to make Jon Joseph call him Uncle; some big AJ plays can also definitely set a tone. Well I’m still very nervous, but I can see Cincy pulling away with a big defensive play.
27 -21 Bengals

Tampa Bay 22, Atlanta 17

Doug Martin ran for 142 yards and a touchdown to lead the visiting Bucs to the win. The Falcons already had home field advantage locked up throughout the NFC playoffs, and finish the season 13-3. Tampa Bay finishes at a disappointing 7-9.

Buffalo 28, New York Jets 9

An ugly season came to a fitting end for the New York Jets. Mark Sanchez completed just 17 of 35 passes and also chipped in an interception, as Tim Tebow waited in unfulfilled anticipation on the bench. Has Rex Ryan coached his last game in New York? Who knows, but I’m sure ESPN will keep us posted day and night.

Tennessee 38, Jacksonville 20

The Titans became the first team in NFL history to have two players each score twice on returns. Darius Reynaud scored on punt returns of 69 and 81 yards while Zach Brown took two interceptions back to the house. Both teams now eagerly await April’s draft.

Chicago 26, Detroit 24

Jay Cutler threw for 257 yards and a score as the Bears kept their playoff hopes alive with the win at Detroit. Chicago will squeak into the 6th seed in the NFC with a Minnesota loss to Green Bay this afternoon.
