QB Jeff Rowe Back in Cincy

The Bengals have re-signed quarterback Jeff Rowe to the practice squad. Rowe, a fifth-round selection in 2007, was cut earlier this year in favor of Jordan Palmer, younger brother of starter Carson. The move is seen as signaling that the team is indeed leaning toward shelving Carson for the remainder of the 2008 season.
Update: More roster moves today. CB Geoffrey Pope, who was briefly called up against the Giants, then cut and re-signed to the practice squad, has again been inked to the active roster. This suggests recently acquired and now-injured CB Jamar Fletcher is a no-go for Sunday.
Also getting the call from the squad was TE Nate Lawrie, who has been bumming around the team since last year.
Safety Indiana Jones and center Kyle Cook have both been place on injured reserve, ending their season.
