Week in Review: 2012 Bengals Player Performance Predictions, Offense Round 1

4 of 4

Mohamed Sanu, WR-

There is a competition going for who will be the number 2 receiver this season. Hopefully Sanu will end up securing that position. He produced well in college and had a breakout season last year. He had over 100 catches, over 1,200 yards, and 7 touchdowns. He has sure hands and will be the possession receiver the Bengals sorely missed. He doesn’t have tremendous speed, but runs good routes and is able to slip behind coverage. Should he land the number 2 spot, he will be able to help relieve coverage from AJ Green. He is another weapon that will help the Bengals offense be more powerful and explosive this season.

There will be a period of adjustment as he gets used to his new surroundings and system. He’s smart enough that he will catch on quick. By the end of the preseason games, he should be getting comfortable in the system.

2012 Prediction- 80 receptions, 800 yards, 7 touchdowns
