The Bengals have released their first official depth chart today. The most noteworthy part is that Brandon Tate is listed ahead of Armon Binns as the #2 receiver opposite A.J. Green. Tate has missed a good portion of the early part of training camp with a hamstring injury, so one has to assume the coaches really liked what they saw from Tate during offseason workouts and believe he’s improved enough that he could not only make the roster without being a significant contributor in the return game, but that he could also be the #2 starting receiver when the team opens up against the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football.
