Scouting the AFC North: Ravens’ Ray Rice Raising Awareness on Bullying

Ravens RB Ray Rice used his Facebook page to raise awareness on bullying yesterday after a 15-year-old student was charged with shooting a fellow student on the first day of classes at Baltimore’s Perry Hall High School.

Ravens QB Joe Flacco has reportedly had the best training camp of his career.

Steelers Offensive coordinator Todd Haley believes WR Mike Wallace will be ready to play in Week 1.

Since Bengals guard/center Trevor Robinson has had to move to full-time center as a result of the injury to Kyle Cook, Robinson revealed he never played center regularly in high school, or in college.

Browns QB Colt McCoy will likely remain Brandon Weeden’s primary backup and not be traded or released.

Steelers RB Jonathan Dwyer will start Thursday’s preseason finale against the Panthers.

Ravens Offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron has stated that RB Ray Rice’s touches will not decrease as the offense looks to use more no-huddle and pass-heavy sets.

The Steelers activated OLBs James Harrison (knee scope) and Jason Worilds (wrist surgery) from the training camp PUP list, and also waived RB Jason Ford.

Ravens rookie safety Omar Brown sees the preseason finale as an opportunity to show he belongs.

Pittsburgh’s 15 takeaways in 2011 were the fewest in the league, and if they want to get back to making a deep playoff run, that’s the one areas on defense they’ll need to improve dramatically.
