Bengals Head Coach Marvin Lewis said today that starting corners Nate Clements and Leon Hall have a great opportunity to be back this week. Hall was on the practice field today with team rehab doctor Nick Cosgray, and hopefully he’ll be ready to face WR Brian Hartline for the Dolphins this Sunday, who just exploded for 12 receptions for 253 yards and a touchdown against a stout Cardinals defense.

In non-injury news, LB/DE Dontay Moch returned today from his four-week NFL suspension for violating the policy on performance enhancing substances, and the Bengals  asked the NFL to grant them a week-long roster exemption for Moch. They have been given the exemption for Moch, meaning someone’s roster spot is safe for at least one more week, but once next week comes, they’l have to cut a player to get back down to 53 players.
Rookie CB Dre Kirkpatrick revealed today that he was making his return to practice after suffering from a knee injury that’s cost him essentially all of the teams’ minicamps, OTAs, training camp, and preseason.
