The Cincinnati Bengals appear to be signing Notre Dame receiver John Goodman:

Here is a March story on Goodman as he prepared for the NFL Draft:
"A U.S. Army All-American coming out of high school, many thought Goodman had the makings of a star when he arrived in South Bend. However, Goodman’s career numbers – 35 receptions, 474 yards, four touchdowns – weren’t as eye-popping as he would have liked.Since the BCS Championship game in early January Goodman has been working out at AWP in Fort Wayne hoping to get a shot at the NFL. The 2013 NFL Draft begins this Thursday and runs through Saturday. Goodman could be picked in the later round or, more likely, will get an opportunity as a free agent. At 6-foot-3, 215 pounds Goodman is a big target with good speed. He says he’s spoken with the Denver Broncos recently and has heard from the Steelers. His agent is Fort Wayne-based Roosevelt Barnes."
