In a media world dominated by cable, satellite and online television coverage, there are still plenty of people that can only afford to watch their local channels, and miss out on ESPN broadcast games. that won’t be the case this year for Cincinnati Bengals fans hoping to see their team thrash the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night football, as the week 2 AFC North showdown will be broadcast locally on WLWT-TV Channel 5.
Not only that, but they’ll be broadcasting a “Ready to Roar Live Kickoff Special” at 7 p.m. EST.
"WLWT will be the over-the-air broadcast partner when the Bengals host the Steelers on Monday Night Football the second week of the season, Monday, September 16th at Paul Brown Stadium. WLWT will simulcast ESPN’s Monday Night Football game coverage over-the-air, part of a big weekend of high school and NFL football coverage on WLWT."
