The dog days of summer have hit and the lull between OTA’s and training camp is upon us. The players have another month to rest, recoup, train, and prepare for the long season ahead. Despite coach speak, we already know who most of the players at the top of the depth chart are, as many starters are already set.

However there are a few positions that the depth chart could see some movement on, with some veterans being pushed by eager youth and some youth being held at bay by cagey veterans. In reality, the depth chart is important and determines the amount of snaps a player gets in practice and preseason games, so being 3rd on the chart compared to 5th is a big deal for some of the longshots. Here is how I see the Bengals depth chart right now.
