Entering his third year in the NFL, Cincinnati Bengals receiver A.J. Green is already being regarded as one the game’s “elite” wideouts after registering 162 catches for 2,407 yards (14.9) and 18 touchdowns through his first 31 games.
The Fifth Third Bank A.J. Green Football ProCamp set for July 17-18, just one week pro to the team’s start of training camp:
"Green, the club’s two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver, directs the July 17-18 event at Mason Middle School from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. each day with top prep and college coaches from the Greater Cincinnati area. Camp is open to boys and girls grades 1 to 8 and focuses on football fundamentals. Small groups allow personalized instruction while Green talks about the finer points of the game on and off the field."
After only two years in the league, Green is being drafted as an elite No. 1 fantasy football wide receiver, with some experts even lobbying for him to be the No. 1 wideout on fantasy draft boards. FFToolbox also has him pegged as one of, if not the top receiver in fantasy football:
"A.J. Green should be one of the first wide receivers off the board in fantasy leagues this season. Green was spectacular last season, catching 97 passes for 1350 yards and 11 touchdowns, and there is no reason to believe his numbers will drop this season. Green will probably come off the board as the second or third wide receiver, so plan on drafting him early in fantasy drafts."
