The Pittsburgh Steelers’ final roster of 53 will be announced Saturday, and quarterback Landry Jones could be among them. His multiple interceptions thrown last night in a loss to the Carolina Panthers helped clinch a win-less postseason for Pittsburgh, and while he is a rookie 4th round draft pick out of Oklahoma, he hasn’t shown that he can even be serviceable if the team were to need to go to him.
If he is cut, the question is then whether the Steelers look to free agency for an experienced backup to sit behind Bruce Gradkowski.
