The Pittsburgh Steelers have ton of work to do on a short week before they face the Chicago bears next Sunday night at home, and they’ll need to bring their “A” game if they want to avoid an 0-3 start that would effectively end any hopes of making it back to the postseason before the first month of the NFL season is even over.
Today, the team made a pair of roster moves, cutting their backup kicker in order to add some depth to their depleted secondary by signing cornerback Isaiah Green and releasing kicker Shayne Graham. Graham ended up making $55,000 for 4 days of practice, so not a bad deal for him.
