Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones has made it clear he wants to remain with the team that was willing to give him one last chance when no one else wanted him back in 2010. After being cut by the Dallas Cowboys for inconsistent play and repeated off-the-field issues, everyone in the NFL viewed Jones as hazardous material.
But Mike Browns and the Bengals were willing to give him one last shot, and Jones took that and has become a quality NFL cornerback under the tutelage of defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, who saw just how talented Jones was during his time in Dallas.
But it is Brown who Jones truly believes is responsible for him still having an NFL career, and so long as the Bengals want him, Adam will remain in Cincinnati:
