Drop Dwayne Bowe

At this point, you’ve seen which players are doing good enough to warrant a roster spot, but there is likely some dead weight on your roster your holding onto in hopes that player will live up to his perceived value when you drafted him or snagged him off the waiver wire.

There might not be a better example of this than Kansas City Chiefs receiver Dwayne Bowe.

Bowe, who had not scored since Week 4 entering this past week, caught a 6-yard touchdown in the loss vs the Denver Broncos. He finished with four catches for 57 yards on a team-high 14 targets. Bowe dropped a couple passes that would have been long gainers. Bowe appeared to push off on the play to grab his lone TD, but it was not called.

There is no reason he should be on your roster unless you’re in a deep league with bigger rosters.
