Meanwhile, the chase for the final playoff spot in the AFC is wide open for all teams in the North, as the New York Jets (5-5) and Miami Dolphins (5-5) are barely leading for the sixth spot pack. The Baltimore Ravens are hosting the Jets today, and it’s been a defensive struggle thus far.

At the half, Baltimore leads 9-3 in a game of field goals. The Ravens have outgained the Jets 212-73 in total yardage, but Joe Flacco’s interception thrown to Antonio Cromartie has kept the game decided by just one score thus far.

The biggest highlight came from Jets free safety Ed Reed, who made a potential game-changing play when he dislodged a touchdown catch from the hands of Jacoby Jones:
