Brandon Bolden is worth an add entering the final month of the fantasy football season. The belief entering the year was Stevan Ridley would be the Pats’ top back, but he keeps fumbling, and at some point, he’s going to get buried on the bench.
After both he and LeGarrette Blount fumbled last week, Bolden got the carries at the end of the game vs Denver, and that could carry-over into this week. He received 13 carries for 58 yards and a touchdown, and he’s more of the between-the-tackles back, while Shane Vereen is more of receiving back, so they compliment each other well.
If you’re in need of running back to play this week, Bolden is a great emergency starter vs the Houston Texans.
