2. Andy Dalton
Andy has had his struggles as of late, throwing 7 INTs in the past 4 games, but we saw quite a bit of improvement in the 2nd half Sunday. While most of the gameplan should include a huge amount of running the ball, you need at least some passing. You can’t just be one dimensional.
If the running game is successful, there will be holes in the passing game. If that doesn’t work, use the short passing game. Gio has been great catching the ball this year, and then you have the tight ends, so there’s plenty of weapons to throw to for him.
3. Jermaine Gresham and Tyler Eifert
I have been saying it for weeks. These tight ends need to be used! The pair will open up holes for the WRs, and they are great red zone and short yardage targets.
During Andy’s awesome October, these guys were utilized more than they’ve been over the past month. With the snow, we need these guys if we want to move the ball.
