The Bengals could theoretically look at former Oklahoma State Cowboys All-American punter/kicker Quinn Sharp.  He was the first three-time All-American at any position in history of program and was named a first-team All-American kicker and/or punter in each of his last three season. In 2011, he became the first person in history of Big 12 to be named all-conference as punter and kicker

Sharp entered the 2013 NFL draft where he wasn’t chosen but later came to terms with the Bengals. On August 25th, Sharp was cut from Cincinnati and later signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. After playing in one game with the Argonauts, he was released by the team on November 7, 2013.

During the preseason, he hit two field goals, punted seven times but all were touchbacks, and had six kickoffs, four of which were for touchbacks.
