It looks like the Cincinnati Bengals have found their new punter, and it’s former Buffalo Bills punter Shawn Powell:
Not official yet but hearing from a couple different places that the winner of the Bengals punting tryout is … Shaun Powell

Actually Shawn Powell. Was with the Bills last year and part of this season

Finally, an FSU connection here for me. Powell didn't look good against Cleveland earlier this yr, but he had an All-America college career

The former Bills punter was cut this season after a stretch of games that was erratic to say the least. Powell struggled in two-straight games against the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns as he punted 16 times, but had a net average of just 30 yards.
Once he signs, the team will place Kevin Huber on the season-ending injured reserve list.
