Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is as hot as nay kicker in the NFL, as was displayed last night. Meanwhile New Orleans Saints kicker Garrett Hartley is as cold as the winter weather, and he won’t be kicking any more for the Saints, as the team has cut him, along with cornerback Chris Carr.

Hartley, who had a field goal blocked early in the game before shanking one badly late in the game. The Saints looked at other kickers a few weeks ago, but stuck with Hartley. Payton would only say Monday that they are considering their options at kicker and everywhere else.

While Hartley has made a career-best 14 field goals from beyond 40 yards this season, his 73.3 completion percentage is among the worst in the league. New Orleans is yet to add a replacement.
