The Pro Football Focus Team of the Week is out, and after having one of the best games of his three-year NFL career, it was no surprise to see Andy Dalton on this list:

"Quarterback:  Andy Dalton, CIN (+5.2) Is it his time? Will the Bengals QB add his name to a list featuring players like Eli Manning and Joe Flacco who have got hot at the right time? If he can carry this form into the postseason then that’s something every team in the AFC should be watching out for."

With Robert Geathers out for the year while  Carlos Dunlap  and Michael Johnson have dealt with various injuries, leaving defensive end Wallace Gilberry to get a starter’s amount of snaps this year.

You wouldn’t know he’s a backup with his team-leading 7.5 sacks (tied with Dunlap)

"“Gilberry has done really well. He’s done a very good job. He’s a smart guy,” defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer said Monday. “He plays and practices real hard. Works with a lot of effort. Works on his technique. He was with the 3-4 in Kansas City. I don’t know what happened in Tampa Bay. I’m glad we’ve got him. Ever since we’ve got him here he’s been very positive influence on the defensive line and on our entire defense, too.”"
