The Cincinnati Bengals may have lost their best blocking tight end/fullback option after Alex Smith suffered a dislocated wrist that the team already feels is significant:

Center Kyle Cook also suffered a foot injury that forced him from the game, and initial x-rays on the foot were negative.

Those are the only update on inured players the Bengals have given out at the moment. Smith finished the day with one catch on one target for seven yards and has just three receptions this year. The ninth-year TE now appears to be done for the year.

Lewis did also say that Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham are expected to return next week if the Bengals play in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs.
