Falcons QB Matt Ryan

The Falcons offense has been significantly better over the past month with running back Steven Jackson and receiver Roddy White now healthy. That’s helped Ryan average 255 yards and one passing TD over the past four games.

Last week vs. a stout 49ers defense, Ryan threw for 348 yards and two touchdowns, and while he’s going against a tough Panthers defense this week, he’s playing as good as he ever has, andf coming into this year, Ryan was a must-start nearly every week.

And according to FFToday, the Panthers are ranked 18th in fantasy football points allowed to QBs over the past five weeks, so the notion that they’re elite defense doesn’t hold true when it comes to stopping opposing passers.

Start Ryan vs. the Panthers.
