Given the way the Cincinnati Bengals offense has struggled to produce in big games and in the postseason under offensive coordinator Jay Gruden, it continues to be surprising to see how he’s able to draw the interest of so many NFL teams looking for a new head coach, as pointed out out by Matt Miller:
3 playoff games with Jay Gruden as OC--#Bengals have 2 touchdowns and 8 turnovers. And people want him as their head coach?

Regardless, the Washington Redskins appear ready to hire him as soon as this week, but given the toxic situation their invoked by team owner Daniel Snyder, he may prefer the Tennessee Titan’s opening:
One source says Jay Gruden seems to prefer Titans to Redskins. That source has been told Redskins might make offer that's tough to refuse.

One thing is for sure: Gruden is in demand and appears likely to depart Cincinnati this offseason.
