One of the most electrifying players on college football is coming to the NFL next year. Johnny Manziel is leaving the Texas A&M Aggies and will enter the 2014 NFL Draft.

Per ESPN Stats and Info, Manziel led the nation in opponent-adjusted QBR in 2012 (finished sixth in 2013) as a redshirt freshman, and that rates third-best over the last two seasons combined

Comparing that to current NFL starters. the three quarterbacks who finished No. 1 from 2009 to 2011 are Colin Kaepernick, Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson.

According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, has signed with Select Sports Group and Maverick Carter, the business partner of LeBron James:

"Manziel said he befriended James when he was being investigated by the NCAA this summer for signing autographs for memorabilia brokers. Manziel told “The Dan Patrick Show” last month that the two would text each other every day during that time.“Everyone was coming after me and there was so much criticism,” Manziel said. “I feel like LeBron deals with that every single day of his life.”"

In his latest mock draft, ESPN’s Todd McShay projects Manziel to be the fourth overall pick, and there’s an outside hot he could be the No. overall pick.

He’ll challenge Louisville’s Teddy Bridgewater and likely UCF’s Blake Bortles to be the first QB drafted.
