That is significant, as Cincinnati Bengals Offensive Coordinator is thought to be the favorite in Washington, who also plans to interview Mike Zimmer as well:

If Franklin gets the job in Washington, that could leave Jay with only the Tenseness Titans as the only team to show significant interest in him, which might be a bad thing given that’s where he reportedly prefers to go to.
Either way, Zimmer is also drawing heavy interest from the Titans, who are interviewing him today, but he may be hurting his chances to be a head coach anywhere with reports that he’s demanding full control over personnel decisions:
